During lactation, women need larger amounts of pretty much all nutrients (energy, protein, all vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, Keto Max Burn, copper and selenium) for milk production. This will supply the energy, nutrients and fluid the baby needs.

Adult age: the moderation within the amounts consumed to help keep the load stable and inside the suggested limits, balancing the intake using what is spent through daily exercise, is yet another fundamental recommendation.
